Skill: 20 min to build to a heavy complex of:
hang power clean+front squat+split jerk

Wod: every 5 minutes for 15 minutes 

Run 400 m

  3 rounds 

  15 toes to bar 

  10 burpees 

So one run then 3 rounds of toes to bar and burpees. Start over every 5 minutes even if you are not done with your three rounds. Score all 3 rounds separately.
