50 double unders
50’ db front rack lunge*
*db’s can rest on shoulder but hands must remain in contact w db’s the entire movement.
T1: adjust movements as needed. Aim to have first push up/ttb portion done within 9 minutes.
T3: first portion is 30 and 30. Second portion 100 dubs and SA ovhd lunge(other db racked on other shoulder)
