Workout flows like this: partner 1 completes all the deadlifts the first time through part A. Partner 2 completes all the wall walks. Once completed the athletes switch tasks and go through the same couplet again.

Part B is completed the exact same way.

Part C both athletes run the 800m and trade the medball as needed. 

Score is total time to complete all 3 sections.
