Today is a good day to learn a little bit and build some core and glute strength.

skill/strength:

15 min of skills, drills, and scaling review. Then try to accumulate 30-50 of whichever works best for you.

Toe to bar progression:

supine ttb->toes to rings->hanging knee raises

pistol progression:

bulgarian split squat->high box step up->assisted pistol

Workout:

18 min emom*

Min 1: 16 alternating pistols (2:1 air squat)

Min 2: 12 toes to bar

Min 3: 4 wall walks

*minutes 16, 17, and 18 max reps. Total reps completed in those 3 minutes is your score.
