*Skill/Strength: :30 work/:30 rest x 10 minutes
Seated Arnold press and chin ups. Alternate between Arnold presses and chin-ups (or chin up negatives) each minute.
*skill/strength is done after the 5 round partner workout. It can be done at the IM60 class or in place of IMrecovery.
