Skill:Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes

30 double unders+run 100 m

Competitors do 50 dubs plus run. Scaled do double unders for :30 of Max attempts then run.

WOD:

35 Burpee box jumps 24/20

35 Burpee med ball ground to shoulder 20/14

35 Burpees

Burpee med ball=1 hand goes to the floor. The other goes to the medball, whilst one hand be on the med ball and one on the floor drop and touch chest to the floor. Then instead of jumping and clapping pick the ball up and bring to either shoulder. You must place ball back on the ground; not drop it.
