Today’s workout can be done solo, as partner, or as a team of 3!!!

Skill
1 deadlift + 1 clean and jerk

Workout: 8 min AMRAP/2 min Rest x 2 rounds

20 clean and jerks 95/65

20 back rack lunges 95/65

20 sumo deadlift high pulls 95/65

*Every Minute on the minute 2 teammates do 10 ab mat sit-ups. If you do this as a duo then 1 athlete does the 10 sit-ups each minute. If you choose to do this solo then do 5 ab mat sit ups each minute. Next round pick up where you left off.
