Skill: Explain WOD movements and warm up for workout

WOD:

24 Min EMOM*

Min 1: 10 Burpees( try to complete these as fast as possible)

Min 2: 15/12 Cal Row

Min 3: 15 hang squat cleans 75/55

Min 4: 10 Chest to Bar Pullups

*At 8 minute mark if you are making all movements relatively easily move your burpees up by 3-5 reps. At 16 minute if you are still able to make rounds easily move Chest to bar up by 3-5 reps.
