This is going to be a great week for FITNESS! Hit the gym as often as you can. The weather is nice so some of you will find yourself feeling more motivated than when its too cold or too hot. Maybe that means you will want to do some extra work. If so, make sure that you eat a little extra healthy food and drink plenty of water.

5 Thrusters
6 Front Rack Lunges
7 Front Squats

4x400m Run rest 1 min between rounds
3×1 mile Assault Bike rest 1 min between rounds
2×1250 M row Rest 1 min between rounds
