It’s short workouts like this that can go one way or the other. If we take it easy early they don’t get as intense and sometimes they feel like a waste of time. If we see them as the opportunities for physical and mental growth they can get pretty tough. Go for it early. Hang on to the bar, go unbroken, and speed up your transitions.
