This week we have a lot of great workouts, opportunities for extra work, and as always OPEN GYM from 10-3 Monday through Friday. There is a longer workout on Tuesday since many of you have asked for Thursdays not to ALWAYS BE so cardio-tastic.
This Friday we will run all of our classes and will have FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS again in the afternoon and evening classes. That being said, all class times will have the Open workout that will be announced on Thursday at Noon. If you go to 5 am or 5 pm, expect to have a great workout with one of your fit fam/gym-mates there to count for you and push you along!

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes:
12 Unbroken Touch and Go Deadlifts
*Take 2-3 sets to warm up and feel ready for first set of 21.
Score is average load of all successful sets.

15 Deadlifts (165/115)
15 Toes To Bar
30 Double Unders
T1: modify as needed

T3: Round 4 sub toes to bar for bar muscle ups
