Today’s workout is all about hard work and legs. The great thing about a workout like this is there is something for everyone. Of course workouts can be modified for skill levels and ability but there is more than that. If you want to add muscle and maybe even size make sure your caloric and protein intake is in surplus. If you want to tone or lose weight it may be best to be below your daily caloric maintenance level.
