Happy Monday everyone! Lets get after it today and bring our best to this partner workout. Pay attention to your row on each round, establish a baseline,  then meet or beat it each round!

Partner Workout:

1:30 on/1:30 rest x 10 rounds

10 pullups

10 front squats

Max Cal Row

 

Level 1: Jumping or banded pullups and air squats

Level 2: Rings rows and 95/65 or less

Level 3: As Written with 135/95

 

Optional Finisher: 3 sets

1 min right side plank

1 min left side plank
