Memorial Day is about something bigger than just fitness and we want to embrace that by honoring our fallen service men and women as well as those currently wearing a military uniform for this great country. We are doing the Hero Workout known as Murph. All your friends and family are welcome to come at no cost. Also doors will open at 1030 so, come finish your coffee or get your pre-workout going beforehand. (1045 opening in Woodland)

If you have a 20/14 lb vest… wear it.
-Half Murph(cut all distances and reps in half)
-Rowing Murph(skip the running and opt for a rower)
-and as always scale pull-ups, push-ups and squats for movements that are a bit more accessible for many people who don’t do this type of fitness regularly
