Many of us have aesthetic goals that we are starting to focus on now that the weather is warming up a bit. Monday’s Deadlifts were a great way to get the glutes and hamstrings going and moving towards those goals.
If you are feeling like a little more work, you can see the the recommended extra work on SugarWOD, and as always OPEN GYM from 10-3 Monday through Friday.
This Friday we will run all of our classes and will have FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS again in the afternoon and evening classes. That being said, all class times will have the Open workout that will be announced on Thursday at Noon. If you go to 5 am or 5 pm, expect to have a great workout with one of your fit fam/gym-mates there to count for you and push you along!
